This woven cushion is strongly influenced by Siobhan's Irish heritage.
Creating colour palettes and patterns from the decay surfaces around the east coast of Ireland. Finding the beauty in decaying paint, rust found on boats, ropes, lobster pots, and other fisherman tools. Taking inspiration from the contrasting colours found in the reflection on the sea and the ever-changing Irish weather.
This twill cushion is woven with post-consumer waste sourced from mills across the British Isles, in Siobhan Brighton studio. This cushion is sealed with an invisible zip and comes with a British duck feathered inner.
